HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group December 23rd 🎄🐕
Hello everone, welcome to Monday! I hope that most of you are enjoying some time off, or at least on your way there. I surprised myself by being quite definitely awake this morning at 7AM, so I went ahead and did Day 7 of LIR2. My progress on the program is encouraging me. I am working around my shoulder problem, but I did Erica's "Express barre arms" as a swap yesterday, and it went well enough. I'll just have to pick and choose things to swap on UB days for a little while.
So, nothing festive from me, it's just Monday the 23rd. You have my permission to have an ordinary day. TBH, having Monday off is quite enough for me to be celebrating, which I will do by getting groceries, doing laundry, and baking bread. And maybe shoveling snow, we've got 10-15cm in the forecast! See? Upper-body workout 😅
