Hello, does anyone have a recommendation for a balanced program that is focused almost solely on dumbbell / weights/ strength training? I am 62, in good health and really enjoy traditional weight lifting. Tabata, cardio, HIIT, burpee type activities not so much.
FB programs seemed geared toward a younger demographic. Is there something here that might work for me?
