I have a little suggestion for a programme. My dad was recently looking for a programme for people in their 60s and up who haven't kept quite as fit as they might like recently.
I suggested some of the low impact stuff to him of course but it sounded like he'd feel much more comfortable with a more specifically designed programme.
He would particularly benefit from some light strength training, relatively short sessions at a time, low impact etc.
Lots of Kayla's stuff would be super beneficial to him for example
I realise this is a bit of a niche audience so making a whole new programme with all new workouts might not be feasible but maybe one with a mix of old and new?
New programme suggestion
Hi all,

Just a suggestion! I love all you do!!
Happy holidays,
