A friend of mind mentioned that she never does squats when she works out because she does not really know how. With the free week coming up, it would be great if I could point her to one or two workout videos here. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a video with a detailed explanation for squats, including where you should feel which modifications?
(Honestly, now that I think about it I would actually almost feel comfortable with coaching her myself at this point, after almost 5 years of working out with Fitnessblender. Seriously, Fitnessblender and the encouraging community here have helped my physical and mental health so much)
