I really like the warm up in Tasha's workout (pasted below) as it has a run through of the exercises to come, using light weights. I sometimes find it hard to go from no weights in the warm up, to lifting heavy in the first set, so this light weight prep set worked really well for me.
It would be great to have a short workout in a warm up style that ran through a prep set of traditional strength moves using light weights. Maybe one for upper body exercises and another for lower body. The workout could then be slotted in as needed in a full workout video, between the non-weighted warm up but before the main workout.
