More affirmation practices please Haley!

I've been going through a really tough time over the last year and I've been using FB's wellness resources more than ever. I really liked the verbal affirmation aspect of this video and would love to see more. I find speaking my intentions out loud really grounding, especially when I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and lost.

I'd love a short series (maybe 5 minutes or less) of daily affirmations, maybe with different themes? Like kindness, resilience, confidence etc. I love the idea of saying phrases out loud to start my day but sometimes I'm not sure what to say! Thanks FB
