Good morning from ??? my dear Hans Grubers and John McLanes! How are we today?
I am a bit puffy faced from eating too much chips and salsa last night, but tra la la! Nothing some electrolytes and a good workout won’t help!
So what’s the plan for moving our bodies today? Taking it down a notch with some Pilates or walking? Chasing pigs and puppies before a run on the treadmill? The hotel I’m staying at has an AMAZING gym, and I want to use every single machine and weight! But I’m going to do some upper body strength with Brian today.
I’m also going to walk about a mile to see a museum, get lunch, then walk back to my hotel.
What’s for dinner tonight? My restaurant plans for last night fell through. Apparently they weren’t open on Wednesdays. Tonight I’m going to some random sports bar for a quick bite before heading to my first ever hockey game. I’ll get whatever chicken they’ve got. But what are you eating?
