I am about to finish LIR2 for 3rd time, I love if one of our trainers would design a round 3 for us. There are plenty of low impact workouts in the FB library so you wouldn't need to film new workouts.
I know I could make my own routine I have made and done several 2 to 4 week routines but it just not same as when one of our trainers designs the program for us.
I do also like the satisfaction of completing a program.
I hadn't done LIR2 in a few years so I am not making as much use of the swap button as I thought I would since I have been enjoying doing old favorites.
And while I am asking would you please use workouts that are designed to be low impact rather than high impact with low impact mods. I know they are in the FB library and they are challenging. FB has smart trainers that design low impact workouts that are challenging.
So here's hoping there is a low impact round 3 in our future.
PS I did a google search for images of low impact workouts and several images were of our very own Amanda, Nicole, Kelli and Marina.
