HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group December 7th
Good Saturday morning! Is it cold where you are? Here, it’s currently -11°C/12°F with the windchill factor 🥶 I am enjoying being under a blanket on the couch, with Loki sleeping in my lap, basking in the glow of the twinkling lights on our Christmas tree.
I could stay like this all day, but we have things to do. It should snow tonight and tomorrow morning, so we want to get all of our grocery shopping done today, so we won’t have to go out tomorrow. The plan is to continue packing and cleaning afterwards, mostly cleaning, since we don’t have much space left for boxes. I also hope to go to our city’s Christmas market after sundown, and to go for a drive to look at Christmas lights after supper. And I want to try a new way to make sucre à la crème, which is maple fudge. And there’s biathlon and figure skating to watch, as well as a Christmas movie tonight.
I also have a stretching workout on my calendar today. I’ve done pretty well all week, keeping up with this practice. I still have coughing fits at times, but thankfully they’re not triggered by slow, gentle movement.
Reading back my post, I think I may have planned too many things for today. That’s what happens when you finally feel better after a cold and want to catch up and do all.the.things. Some may spill into tomorrow, and that’s ok.
