Gosh, Thursday again already, the week just seems to fly by. Before we know it we'll be in the New Year! But before we get there, let's start with today.
What will your movement look like today? Will you be working out, walking with ruck or as Santa's helper? Do some running on the treadmill or maybe you just want to have a nice day off to give your body some rest.
I'm on day 4 of my different equipment thing and today I went for my kettlebells. I picked a not yet done with Tasha which will probably make my already talking to me buns scream out "I warned you!!" tomorrow.
And unfortunately they won't get any immediate rest because they'll be on the move the rest of the day. Since Marie called me yesterday to tell me they were both down with a bug, I've decided to put up my Christmas decorations. And let me tell you, I hardly ever decorate the house but with Christmas I take out the big guns.😆
No big guns for dinner though, I'll see if I can get hubs on board with having the meat balls he decided on making yesterday instead of the chicken sausage. I like them better cold, so I'll make a mixed salad with that and some airfryed seasoned potato cubes. How about that? You like? If not, pfff, I dare you to come up with something better!😏
Something we also need to talk about is our ghosting list. As you can see we're booked until the end of December, but hey, if you feel like being the first ghoster of the new year, let me or Coby know and we'll throw you on that list with the speed of light. This is what it looks like so far:

December 14th & 15th: Lea
December 21st & 22nd: Cabob
December 28th & 29th: Shabnam

Right, I think I've got everything covered. I'm off to get some breakfast and dive into my Christmas stuff..
