We're midweek woohoo!! Or for some maybe pfff only midweek... We've had light frost last night but now the sun is making an appearance and the sky is bright blue. I wouldn't go outside without a coat though because I'd probably feel pretty cold.
Anyways, let's dive into those workouts shall we? Third day of each day a different equipment workout and today I did step with Kayla. And let me tell you, that woman is pretty sneaky. She's got this soft, sweet voice that makes you think, aaahh we're in for a nice easy workout, but then BAM she takes out the big guns and has you sweating like never before! But, it was a great workout and I'd do it again... sometime later... much later...😆 I also tacked on a short 10 min weighted standing abs workout with J&T because why not..
And today I know what we're having! Right after this check-in I'll be cleaning some Brussels sprouts and we'll have them with a chicken sausage. And of course ketchup, no Brussels sprouts without ketchup! Makes me wonder actually.. do any of you have some 'weird' food combo's that don't really sound good but taste heavenly? Feel free to totally ignore that question and just tell me what'll be on your plate today.
Okido, that's about it for me. I've got my workout done, cleaned the stove, mopped the kitchen floor.. I've only got the beds left and that's my chores done for the day. I've got my hands free for some crochet this afternoon.
