SCIATICA PROBLEM

Hi. I’ve been a trail runner for 4 years and only until 2 months ago that I’ve experienced runner’s knee problem. Also my sciatica is flaring up. I’ve done some therapy which eased the pain. But I want to do a long term solution such as sticking to a program of strength training or such. Is there any recommendation of which program I can do. Any information would be highly appreciated. Thanks
