HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group December 2 📚
Hello everone, welcome to Monday! It's a tired morning for me. Yesterday was a full day. After our intensive choir rehearsal, I spent the evening finishing a book I need to return to the library. I was all wound up and my brain forgot how to get to sleep. Not sure what led me to borrow (1) a novel whose main character remembers everyone he knows who's died and (2) a serious comic about trauma recovery, but this has disrupted my usual fare of fiction and kept my thinker busy.
All this has led me to today's thought: "Reading is exercise for the mind." So use it wisely, no HIIT before bedtime!
Today my goal is to get started on Nicole's Foundations. Unless I choose that Pilates you mentioned, Heather! So what are the rest of you are you up to? Tried any wonderful new workouts? Old favorites? I look forward to reading you 😊
