Daily Check-In ANG: Monday, Dec 2nd

Hey ladies,

How are you all on this for me grey, rainy, foggy Autumn day? I'm feeling more chipper today, so that's good no? Fortunately I'm not the type to dwell too long about things, life goes on right?

Before I forget, I'd like to thank not just 2 but 3 ladies this time for taking on hosting and ghosting: Cabob for some lovely ramblings this past weekend and Lea and my partner in crime Coby for last weeks hosting. Thanks ladies, you're champs!!

Okido, how about them workouts? Any of you starting that new challenge, still finishing up another one or just freestyling? Or maybe you simply haven't got time or not in the mood to work out.

I decided to make it a week with different equipment every day and I started with a physioball workout with Amanda. I did that one 2 years ago and liked it, so why not do it again? I even surprised myself and added a quick wrist warm up with Marina!

The rest of my day will be spent with writing some reviews and crocheting. So basicly nothing exciting...
