Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far and that those who have been feeling not so great have had a chance to rest and mend.
It is a new day, a new week and a new month, so a triple fresh beginning. Is there anything new you plan to start this day, week or month? Or anything you’d like to start afresh? I’m going to start studying French again every day. I’m also going to commit to getting outside for a walk every day while it’s still daylight. Even 15 minutes outside everyday will feel good.
How has the weather been treating you so far this weekend? Done / plan to do any workouts? And fun activities or annoying tasks? Eaten / plan to eat anything yummy?
While there were a few snow flakes flying in the air yesterday, the ground is still bare. I think I’ll do Kelli’s latest Pilates workout today. Then be completely and utterly lazy. Dinner will be Lebanese takeout, yum!
