Happy Sunday Ppals!
I thought I would start out on a happy note with a song from Disney World. The youtube link is from Disney Tokyo. I was looking for link to the small world in Anaheim or Orlando since I have been there but no luck so we will have to listen to the song and watch the exhibit in Tokyo.

It was cold here Saturday so I spent most of the day inside relaxing so no FB workouts.
I got a short walk in late in the afternoon since the sun was already starting to go down it was getting cold again hence the short walk.
I completed a yoga challenge in my yoga app. I did 10-20 min of relaxing yoga everyday the month of November. It has been a nice complement to FB workouts. Now to figure out how to keep up the yoga. I have done yoga everyday in January, May and November. Guess what months they have had a challenge.
Tomorrow I am going to a basketball game that will allow me to do a fair amount of walking. Then I'll try Patrice's total body workout. I know I said that Friday this time I plan on really doing it.
Let's talk about food, I am enjoying some leftovers. Stuffing and cranberry sauce. The sauce is homemade the stuffing is from a box. I have more veggies than I can eat at once so I am roasting some each day.
Now I would like to hear how your weekends are going.
