Welcome to Week 4, the last week of newest 30-day program FB Kickstart: Team Strength and Cardio Program!

This week we will be focusing on powerful workouts that combine strength and cardio, and will be your most challenging week yet- but you got this!  Workouts range from 44 and 49 minutes, and you’ll be seeing Patrice, Tasha, Kayla, Erica, and Brian on the screen.

Day 22: Lower Body Strength and Cardio Mix

For today's workout, we will be boosting our cardio endurance, strengthening our lower body and breaking a serious sweat with compound strength moves, explosive cardio bursts and EMOM sets. 

What to Expect: We’ll kick things off with a dynamic warm-up to activate your muscles and get the blood flowing, followed by alternating strength and cardio circuits that target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core. Expect a mix of controlled, heavy strength work and high-intensity cardio bursts, all leading to a satisfying cool-down to help you recover and recharge.
