Okay, you will see crunches in the name of some of these exercises, but we are not doing crunches in the traditional form from our back! This is an add-on routine for greater core control so we will be using more than our outer abdominal muscles. Taking a bored easily approach, each exercise will develop your stability by honing in on those deeper-set core muscles.
You’ll need a mat, a single medium dumbbell, and a bench if you have one (but it’s not required).
