Hello there, Pals! How are you today? I’m at work and estoy ocupada so I’m going to be rather quick but not flippant. I’ll do my best to come back to you but my overwhelmedness gauge is stuck on high even though I’m not that busy. I merely keep zoning out instead of focusing on my tasks.
Anyway, I started doing You Against You which is ironic because I’m already against myself most of the time. Since I’ve done this program before I keep swapping the routines so I’m really grateful for this feature. Have you done YAY before?
Moving on to our fact-finder fragment, did you know that British scientists (I have to laugh out every time I hear ‘British scientists’ because it is a kind of inside joke in my family. If you can’t name the source of a scientific discovery, just say ‘Well, according to British scientists’) so the above-mentioned British scientists (at Oxford University!) gave patients with mild cognitive impairment, considered and early-warning-signal for Alzheimer’s a large daily dose of Vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid and they realised that this reduced brain shrinkage by 30% on average and up to 50% in some cases. Also, did you know that elephants avoid trees swarming with ants? Seems perfectly understandable and logical. Who would want ants up their nose…?
All right, Pals, I need to go now (it’s nearly lunchtime, yay) have an easy day, talk amongst yourselves and don’t forget to eat fermented food to support your gut health. (random piece of advice)
