Good morning Blendfriends.

I needed some reminders today as I am feeling yucky (probably hormones at work). Maybe they are helpful for you too. Take what you need.

We are back from our little trip to Amsterdam and we had a great time. I took one day alone to explore Rotterdam. It is much more modern and quiet. I think I prefer the whimsy of Amsterdam though. We got about 20,000 steps everyday so we saw a lot and also ate all the food. I brought my bands with me to do some exercises but I was just so darn tired at the end of the day. Maybe next time I should just do some upper-body exercises in the morning since my legs get a great work out.

I think I will just do some stretching and mobility today to help relax my tired legs and feet. I already found a new to me one from Kayla so I will give that a try. I also got a nasty blister on my toe and wearing shoes is a bit annoying. So, today is about giving some love. I also want to take the time to go for groceries and prepare dinner. The gym will be there tomorrow. It is not going anywhere.
