New Workout! Upper Body Muscle Burnouts

Upper Body Muscle Burnouts

Who else is craving a solid upper body strength training workout? I was when creating this! We use traditional upper body exercises to build our muscles and strength with the basics. This is a more advanced formatted workout in that we complete 6 intervals in a row for the same muscle group before moving on. Don’t worry, there are rests between each! 

This is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself and break through plateaus. We know we’re on our way to results when we’re at or near a burnout feeling! This routine brings that full-fatigue satisfaction. I always like to remind you that with heavy-hitting strength workouts like this one, you’re always in control of your weights. That also means you’re in control of the difficulty!
