FB FIT 2 day 4 complete!

Hello!

Reporting a workout complete! Todays workouts were lower intensity cardio and core workouts and a nice long cool down. At first I thought it was either one of them but then realised its both of them, lol! Feeling accomplished after all of that. What a nice way to start a Friday evening.
