Okido, so let's jump in one last time this week okay?
How about them workouts? I don't know why but for one or other reason I've been waking every morning around 5am. Pretty annoying, so I force myself to stay in bed until 6 and then start my day. Of course that also means my workouts are done pretty early. And today I picked one from my favorites list. I'm not a super fan of pilates but I remembered one by Amanda where my notes said: 'Very sneaky, but super for abs'. Even though I only used light weights, I still felt every core muscle working. Loved it!!
What's next? Right, the food part. Again, no idea yet, I know I'm repeating myself here but I can say that the home made meatballs with white beans in tomato sauce we had yesterday were pretty darn good.
Later this morning we'll be at the vets for a check up for Shae, so fingers crossed for good news, and then this afternoon I'll be on the phone with Shauna, which will easily keep me busy for minimum an hour. I might install myself with a nice cup of tea and a leftover slice of apple cake for that.
Okido ladies, that's it, I'm all finished, rambled out. Only thing left for me to say is a super duper big thank you for sticking with me during this long time. Your all champs!
