Long time no see, life is keeping me busy as ever with all kinds of fun stuff. Getting my PhD, getting engaged, wedding planning, house hunting, and work is also crazy. Just WOW. Ive been struggling with working out consistently and so Ive decided to really kick it up and do FB FIT round 2! Im gonna try and post about every workout I do to keep accountable, so this is report from the first two workouts - done with day 3.
Day 2 was HIIT and lower body strength and Day 3 a superset upper body workout. Both of them kicked my butt and I felt incredible for completing them. Looking forward to the rest of the first week!
