I'd love to try more core workouts using the sliders, particularly Pilates-inspired ones as I tend to gravitate towards Pilates for core strength and stability (I really love the thorough cueing from Amanda and Daniel here!). I've seen reformer-on-the-mat content on TikTok, with people incorporating things like resistance bands and sliders into their mat workouts. FB has lots of resistance band workouts, but only a handful of slider ones.
Would reformer-inspired Pilates workouts with sliders be something the FB team would be interested in? Or even just some more core workouts incorporating sliding discs!
More sliding disc core workouts, please!
I did Kayla's Total Body Stability Training with Sliding Discs workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/total-body-stability-training-with-sliding-discs-low-impact-exercises-for-functional-strength-and) the other day and those pikes with the sliders fired up my lower core like nothing else. I've done Tasha's slider workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/core-strength-circuits-with-sliding-discs-instability-workout-for-abdominals-hip-flexors-and-lower), too, but I had to take a LOT of breaks so I think that one was a bit beyond me at the moment.
