Daily Check-IN ANG: Wednesday, Nov 20th

Hey there ladies,

How's things today? I woke up this morning with the feeling of not wanting to work out, but because I'm also one of those who feel guilty for NOT working out, I did some mobility with Kayla. She's got this soft looking expression when she explains thing to you but then BAM, she makes you fold yourself into positions that make you think 'Woman, I'm not a pretzel!!'. But I have to admit, I felt nice and thouroughly stretched afterwards.

Kayla's wasn't the only mobility I got in today, I've a had nice productive morning already: I've put laundry on, mopped the kitchen and hallway floors, made the bed... So yeah, methinks I've earned my cup of tea while writing this check-in.

As for the dinner part, well I can be short there once again: no idea yet. Thing is, we always decide around noon what we'll have and since it's only 1030am... But hey, don't let that hold you back from telling me what you're having!!

That's about it for me. I'm going to mentally prepare myself to start finishing of bear 2. I'm done with all the crocheting, now comes the difficult part for me.. the head shaping and sewing on nose and ears. Where's Karen when you need her? She'd probably do this with two fingers up her nose!
