I’m wondering when or if there might be a programme for perimenopause and menopause? I have been reading a lot about these changes as I’m just entering this stage myself. I have read a lot about Low Intensity Strength Training being really good for improving metabolism and helping support muscle strength. I’ve read that cardio is not great and can even be counter productive!
Lots of FB programmes combine strength and cardio and I’m struggling to find one that would really help this group women.
