HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 16th

Good Saturday morning!

It’s a not-so-good one for me, as I developed cold symptoms overnight. After two days of feeling well, after feeling blah on Tuesday, I thought I had avoided catching David’s cold, but it finally caught up with me. For now, I feel congested and have a stuffy nose. I hate sleeping with a stuffy nose. Otherwise, I’m feeling ok.

I hope that it remains that way, because we have lots to do this weekend, including grocery shopping, running errands and doing the usual laundry and housecleaning. I also want to try a baked oatmeal recipe. I love oatmeal for breakfast but don’t always have the time to make it. I tried overnight oats but did not like the texture, so I will give baked oatmeal a shot.

I have kept up with doing short workouts for the past three days. If I feel too congested later in the day, I’ll do a stretching workout today, something I can manage. We’ll have warm cauliflower potage for supper. Soup is always good when you have a cold. What do you have planned for today?
