FB Kickstart Week 2: New FREE Workout - Upper Body Push Pull Strength with Cardio Sandwiched Between

What’s up, FB Family!

Week 2 of our newest 30-day program FB Kickstart: Team Strength and Cardio Program is on ON!

This week, we are focused on strength and cardio—two things that always pack a punch when combined. These workouts challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up. When you think about it, strength and cardio complement each other perfectly. Strength builds the foundation—stronger muscles and bone density. The cardio side helps us functionally with different movements, burn extra calories, and build muscle endurance. Making this week one of my favorites! Workouts range from 33 and 39 minutes, and you’ll be seeing Brian, Erica, Patrice, Tasha, and Kayla on the screen.

Day 8: Upper Body Push Pull Strength with Cardio Sandwiched Between

Today’s workout takes this week’s focus to the next level. We’re starting with a push-focused strength round, mixing in a quick cardio burst, and wrapping things up with a pull-focused strength round. It’s a great mix to challenge your muscles while keeping your energy up. Remember to choose weights that challenge you but still allow good form, and don’t be afraid to modify the cardio moves to fit your needs. Let’s make the most of today and keep building on the momentum we’ve got going this week!
