HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 14th

Hello, lovelies, and Happy Thursday! Hope everyone is doing well on this here dreary November day. I can see the weekend in front of me and I'm crawling towards it. Nothing happened, I simply don't wanna. I do look forward to spending time with my partner, he's been in full day workshops all week and I feel like I've barely seen him.

I'm visiting a friend this evening for our quarterly catch up, that's about as often as it gets when someone has a toddler. We'll probably moan a bit about how much "Sex and the city" lied regarding how much free time , energy, and desire to go out we'd have as adults. Any suggestions on vegan snacks besides nuts and olives? My friend's daughter is allergic to animal protein and i don't want to bring anything she won't be able to eat.
