Interestingly, I stopped stress eating entirely. Unsure exactly how that happened, but maybe a therapy breakthrough? I started accidentally fasting and have lost 4 lbs in the past 3 weeks, which is wild since I haven't really lost weight linearly in a long time. My fasting insulin is at 40, which explains why it was so hard to lose weight and why fasting is accidentally working.
Now when I'm anxious/stressed out, I just watch YouTube videos, walk, or talk to ChatGPT (which has been working in addition to therapy). Unfortunately, I did not make it past my interview rounds and had extreme anxiety while studying for them. Without stress eating, I had anxiety attacks a few times, so it's interesting how I was self medicating anxiety with food for so long.
I feel more nauseous with heavier meals. I tried fried chicken and nearly threw up last week. Same thing with anything with a lot of fat, like Crumbl Cookies. I crave... blanched food. I have this weird aversion to all types of oil and chocolate now.
I just started on the FB 30 Minutes or Less Food Plan, and am excited to try it! I want to re-use it a bunch this month/extend it so I can get practice with meal prepping/eating. I started to read a cookbook and have some great ideas for asparagus hearts, too.

Hi!
It's definitely been a wild and wacky few weeks.
