Daily Check-in, A New Generation: Monday, November 11th

Hello Blenders, and happy Monday! I hope you enjoyed your weekend, and that you’re ready to tackle a new week. Also, it’s Veteran’s Day in the U.S., so happy Veteran’s Day to any veterans- American or not. Thank you for serving!

Okay, let’s get to it: what’s on the workout calendar for today? I’m going to start Brian’s strength and cardio challenge, and for some reason I’m a little nervous. Nervous like the way I get before a Tasha routine, wondering if I can do it!

One thing I can always do is eat. Are you one of those people who sometimes forgets to eat? Help me understand this, as it’s never happened to me! 😆 Assuming we all remember to eat today, what’s on the menu? I’m switching it up and we are having spaghetti and garlic bread on a Monday instead of a Thursday. I usually don’t eat the spaghetti with my guys, but I think I will tonight. I bought a spaghetti squash, and I’ll mix in some pasta with the squash.

A couple last things- business items? Just know that as a “ghost” I love responding to everyone. On a weekday and as a regular host, that won’t always be possible. But I will definitely read, and I’m so glad you’re here! Also, when Inge renamed the check-in “A New Generation” (dare we abbreviate it to ANG?), I immediately thought of Star Trek: the Next Generation. And I love me some Captain Picard. Anyone else love a bald British guy?
