This quick, effective workout features a warm-up and cool-down, with about 23 minutes of focused, single-sided exercises to engage each muscle group individually. Each movement targets strength and stability, helping you develop a balanced foundation and improve muscle coordination. With the right weights, this routine can range from moderate to challenging, with a difficulty level of 3/5. Remember, if you can’t maintain form through a full range of motion, it’s a good cue to reduce the weight! I've also included some modifications to make the exercise easier, or more challenging, depending on your fitness level.
