I am finding out that buying a house is a long waiting game. First, waiting to prepare an offer for the house. Then waiting for the offer to be accepted. Then waiting to hear back from home inspectors to schedule a visit. We have our home inspection this afternoon, and then there will be more waiting. It’s like my life in on hold at the moment.
I haven’t been able to focus much (I suspect that’s how I took two doses of my blood pressure medicine by mistake on Wednesday). I haven’t walked in a week and haven’t done a workout in more than 3 weeks now. At least I am keeping my eating in check and I’m stretching and meditating/doing breath work daily. Any tips on focusing on fitness when your mind is all over the place?
But enough about me. What are your plans for today and the weekend? And what’s on the menu? It’s movie night for us tonight. And I’ll prepare mini vegetarian « meatloves » this morning, so we’ll only have to make mashed potatoes and cook green peas when we come back from the home inspection.
