Hi there all of you who are checking in. It’s the first 👻checkin of our New Generation! Thank you to Ingeborg and Coby for keeping us going. Right: I am not going to dwell on how we got here, just going along on my way and looking forward! How’s things in wherever you live? That brings me to my question for today? Do you have any funny sounding names of towns and villages around you (nothing rude, just for laughs). Places around here: I love the sound of these ones, Piddlehinton, Puddletown , Pucklechurch and my favourite one is Scratchy Bottom (a place where we started a beautiful coastal hike once). For those of you in other than English language places you may have names that would translate to something funny in English like the Dutch Nieuwegein “new fun”. Feel free to totally ignore my request though! Anyway, as I always say: on to business now!

Workout: we are going on a hike today, not too long as it is cold here again. Borrowed some hats and gloves. I am not FBing today. You guys? Yes? No? Let’s hear it from you. Rest week for Lisette, rest day for Inge, and the rest? Grandma duties for Karen? Coby more ankle exercises?

Food: out for a pub lunch or a dinner tonight. As we are staying in my sister’s house (in her absence), I don’t feel like cooking. (Ahem… do I ever feel like cooking?). Over to you now to fill this space.
