Is anyone able to study/watch instructional videos while doing Strength/HIIT workouts?

I usually multi-task FB workouts when watching TV shows, but I'm in interview season right now and have cut out that to mainly watch instructional videos. I've been noticing that I'm not retaining that much, so I moved over to watching those videos on a treadmill, instead.

I don't want to stop strength training, but I'm definitely more focused on the workout than whatever's happening in the video. I guess I'm using my brain more with strength versus just following the treadmill workout automatically.
