I’m a long time FB user (10 years), and I was thinking about this deeply. I only trust FB with my workouts and so I’ve only stuck to the free weights/bodyweight stuff mostly and I understand that the genesis for that format was so that it would be easy for people to workout at home.
But would FB consider making a program for people who have access to standard gym equipment? I would really like to explore using those machines, but I have no idea where to start by myself nor do I want to “stop” using FB videos.
Has anyone else experienced this? How do y’all incorporate using all the cool gym equipment in your routine to switch things up?
