Daily Check-in: Tuesday, November 5th

Let's jump right in today, eh?

What do your workouts look like for today?

Yesterday I did Erica's upper body metcon, and I absolutely loved it! It was fun, and my upper body is feeling it today! As for today's workout, I think I may try Tasha's new kickboxing and lower body combo this afternoon.

What's on the menu for today?

Oh, ya know, foods, and stuffs, and all that.

Finally, I think today's gonna be a stressful one here in the U.S. So here's some polar bear to take your mind off of that. I bet our FB trainers don't have this in mind when they are thinking of bear crawls do they?? Well, maybe it's time to diversify FB bear crawl methods, eh?
