HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group November 4th 🧹
Hello Blendfriends, welcome to today's thread! I started my day with a workout that has quickly become a favorite: Amanda's Pilates Barre workout. Other than the quick core warmup, it is basically Pilates while standing. Nicer on the knees, and even on the wrists. I was scheduled to do more strength training, but I'm giving my hands and wrists lots of recovery time while I get used to weights again.
Today I'll be working at the office, with several quick in-person meetings, and afterwards I'm going for my COVID+flu vaccine combo.
So I plan to buy ready-made food and rest up tonight. I hope the seafood place by the office has something good!
And tonight, I still want to do some small thing for the cleaning challenge 🧹, maybe pot up a few baby ficus trees to bring into the office tomorrow. This is in keeping with the motto of National Clean Your Home Month which is, "If you can't do something great, do a something."
