Good first Saturday of November! Tonight here, we turn back the clocks and gain one hour of sleep. Or in my case, I’ll wake up even earlier 🤣

Have you set any goals for this new month? Do you have anything fun scheduled on your calendar, like an upcoming show, a family gathering, or a social event? My goals remain pretty much the same month-to-month, like drinking 2L of water each day, staying in a calorie deficit, walking and completing FB 2-week challenges.

As far as walking goes, I loved Alina’s way of working on hitting an average for the month, which gave her flexibility, but it did not work for me. So I’m back to setting a total kilometres goal for the month. Today, I want to go on a longer walk, and to resume the 3-Day challenge. I can’t always take 2 months to finish a 2-week challenge.

As far as something fun planned for this month, we will go on a little 2-day getaway to Québec City at the end of the month. I’ve always wanted to go there when their Christmas market is on, to see the city all decorated as well. Really looking forward to it.
