What do your workouts look like for today?
Day 10 of Brian's challenge for me! And congrats to my fellow workout buddies for completing the challenge! I'll do my workout later today and join you in celebrating! I enjoyed this challenge though--it was a fun one!
What's on the menu for today?
It's supposed to be real cold today (which is soooo nice!!); so something warm for supper would be good.
Finally a bear gif! You didn't think I just watched brown bears and black bears on live cams did you? Of course I watch polar bears too! And it's very important scientific research I am doing!
For instance, you know how our FB trainers LOVE to do their bear crawls and various bear variations in their workouts? Well, I wanna challenge our FB trainers to start including MORE bear moves in their workouts! Case and point: Polar Bear Sit Ups. Look at this guy. He's got like the strongest abs ever. So, I wanna see Polar Bear Sit Ups included in new FB workout routines so we can have strong-like-bear abs. C'mon trainers: I know you can do it! Polar Bear Sit Ups! For science!
