Each of the four circuits contains three exercises, and you’ll be lifting your most challenging loads during the first exercise of each circuit with an optional target rep goal of six to eight reps. This is a solid leg day workout that engages most of the major muscles in the lower body.
I mention this a few times in the video as well as the write-up itself: Remember that the “medium” and “moderately heavy” distinctions for your weights will sometimes vary based on the workout structure/format, your personal goals, and your current levels of muscle fatigue at the time of any given workout. This is not a max strength workout; therefore, you most likely won’t be lifting your heaviest loads but you’ll still be working towards improving strength and building muscle!
