HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 29th

Good Tuesday morning! The month of October has been a blur and I can’t believe November 1st is only three days away. But tomorrow and Thursday, temperatures will be back above 20°C here and it will feel like we went back in time to summer.

David started having a tickle in his throat yesterday and his sleep was broken. So was mine, because when he would wake up, I would too. He’s currently attending 4 days of training paid for by his job, so I hope this tickle doesn’t turn into anything more and that he feels better quickly.

In some major news, we took a big step in our goal to buy our first home. We were pre-approved at our bank for a mortgage and yesterday, we spoke with a real estate agent to specify what we wish to find in a home. I had no idea that we don’t pay anything to the agent, she gets paid by the seller once an offer is signed. So the search for a house officially begins. Our hope is to find a place and move in January or February of next year.

But that’s far away, let’s concentrate on today first. I have started walking again yesterday. And I will do my best to get back to the 3-Day challenge after work. I am in a better headspace than I was these past couple of weeks and feeling less tired overall. I’m not giving up on my fitness and health goals. What’s on your workout calendar for today?
