The resistance band workouts are tempting me so! Looking into buying them, a few questions popped up:
1. Regarding loops: I have Fibromyalgia and need something to provide mininal localized pressure, so I am thinking of opting for fabric bands rather than those made of rubber. Does it matter much?
2. Regarding loops and open bands: what "weight" of resistance should I start from, for which muscles? I see some bands are marked 10-20 pounds, others more, while others are much lower.
And a request: I think if the videos with exercise bands had explanation on amount of resistance it would be better, or an indication of the weight of the bands the coach is using, similarly to workouts with dumbells and other weighted objects.
