Routine Share - Kettles and Kicks

Hi Blenders!

I recently completed this self-compiled four-week routine combining a bit of kettlebell and cardio kickboxing and wanted to share it with you all!

Kettlebell workouts and cardio kickboxing are my preferred forms of cardio these days. I've done the two-week Kettlebell Blend and Kickboxing challenges previously and wanted to put together something that combined both, and so this routine came from that. (Instead of combining both challenges, which I definitely could've done, I opted to choose workouts myself.)

As you can see in the graphic, the average workout duration for this routine is 37 minutes: the shortest workout is 21 minutes; the longest is 55 minutes. Average difficulty is 3/5, with several 4/5 workouts in the mix, and you'll be working out five days a week. Workouts in here are by Tasha, Daniel, Brian, Nicole, Kayla, Aly, and Marina, along with one optional workout with Erica (who I failed to list above). Almost all workouts are Plus-exclusive.
