This elevation will help us maintain a steady heart rate, provide a steady burn for the leg and glute muscles, and make us have some fun!
Through a 15-minute workout and 5-minute burnout, we will see creative movement variations using our step. A warm up and cool down are included. I can see this working as a chill cardio workout, a work break, or an active recovery day for the upper body.
