Brian has a lower body workout for day 5 of his challenge which has been a great mix of strength and cardio so far. Really looking forward to the second week.
Also looking forward (and you should be too) for the weekend as Shabnam will be your guest host (ghost) for the last October weekend. Woo hoo! Thanks again, Shab!
And on Monday, you got our Fantastic Kim returning as your morning staple host!
