Crazy how we are already looking for some December ghosts, right?! If anyone is interested in ghosting (returning or new) or needs us to modify the schedule, feel free to let me or Kim know and we will have you up here with the weekend of your choice! Thanks in advance!
Anyway, back to today. How are you going about it? Workouts? Some other type of movement? It's day four with Brian for me, but what about you?
