I got the it's only and already Wednesday vibes going on, but how's it going for you?
Workouts? For me and others like Inge (and possibly Anne) Brian has an upper body workout for day three of his challenge! How are we doing a few days in? I can tell you I'm feeling all those pushups and reverse lunges from yesterday.
But however you move today, I hope it works for you.
As far as food, it is as certain as my coffee.
