HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 21st 🍂💪

Hello Blendfriends, welcome to the start of another week. It's peak fall colors in the neighborhood! Our Japanese locust trees have brilliant yellow leaves, and they're always the last to join the party. I'm going to do an actual workout this morning. It's good that walking, biking and gardening help me stay active, but I joined this site to include structured fitness. So I am going to reach past my wavering motivation and touch on a little discipline this week to get things done. Pilates with Daniel this morning (favorites help 😉)

In other news, we finished the birthday cake yesterday -- not one crumb of it got frozen, 🤣🤣 If I had applied the same dedication to my workouts that I put into finishing that cake, I'd be all done with my 4-week routine already.
